At InVision Human Services, we customize our services to fit the needs of the people we support rather than placing individuals into traditional models. We specialize in tailoring our support plans to accommodate people facing the most severe diagnoses. Our programs fall under the following organizational groupings:
Comprehensive Living provides integrated residential and vocational supports for people with disabilities, often helping people who present the greatest challenges in more traditional programs. We support people whose behavioral issues are significant and those who live with a variety of disabilities and complex disorders. We specialize in developing environments in which the person has the greatest opportunity to succeed.
A wide variety of supports allow people an opportunity to be integrated with their community and families:
Our Employment Supports staff work to find highly individualized opportunities for paid or volunteer work, as chosen by the individual being supported. We create successful partnerships between the person and his or her employer that benefit both parties. We are often successful in establishing employment opportunities for people who have been considered to be unemployable in the past.
Our Signals program provides integrated residential, vocational and therapeutic supports to people who have exhibited socially problematic sexual behavior combined with other disabilities. This is a highly specialized service utilizing state-of-the-art risk management strategies and respectful therapeutic interventions. We have had tremendous success in serving people with these challenging issues, helping them find ways to live a healthy, satisfying life while ensuring community safety.
